Sparacia Witherell Family Winery & Vineyard

A family-owned winery and vineyard atop one of the highest elevations in the county, overlooking our beautiful Florida vineyard and farmlands. Come enjoy our wine with family and friends! As first and second generation Italians growing up in Brooklyn, NY, our family all lived within a five city block area. We spent holidays, birthdays, and every Sunday together--siblings, aunts & uncles, and cousins all gathered around the dinner table!

The Sparacia siblings have come together and planted a vineyard and are building a winery in Florida! The first grapes of the vineyard were planted on Easter Sunday, 2016, by our family, many of whom were present at the Sunday dinners years ago!


Our sister has been teaching at Pasco-Hernando State College for many years. One brother has retired from the Port Authority of NY & NJ Police Department, and one brother, has been in the wine industry since college in the 1960s. Now joined together in this wonderful venture.
