'Flow arts' can be defined as a integration of prop manipulation and creative, improvised movements. With practice, it becomes a moving meditation that can bring us into a 'Flow State' where our creativity, peace of mind and performance are enhanced.~+.*

Throughout the day we will have multi-level workshops for a variety of different props (poi, hoop, double hoops, contact staff, and juggling) taught by passionate and qualified instructors.

All workshops for available with entrance to the gathering for ages 12+. We will also have a space for skill share, free flowing, and observing! Additionally, a captivating performance by our instructors will take place later in the evening.
