Roll out a mat in Flow Space's grassy back yard while 10 (or so) baby goats from Whiteacre's Dairy Goats prance about and climb all over you. It's quite a de-stresser to be moving through asana outside with furry friends included to make you smile and laugh. Their tiny hooves make for a nice massage, too! Maggie Rose Rucker will be facilitating this all-levels yoga experience on Saturday, March 17th, at 2-3pm. Tickets are now on sale, so scoop yours up while you can! :)
