The Swamp Challenge is expertly designed to incorporate fitness and fun into the ultimate venue: Ben Hill Griffin Stadium (aka 'The Swamp').
The event features three classes (Male/Male, Female/Female, Male/ Female) and three divisions (Masters, Intermediate, Rx).
The Fitness Competition provides up to 6 weightlifting, cardio, and/or bodyweight style workouts across the single day event. All workouts and obstacles are achievable and designed to bring all experience levels together. Join us for an unforgettable day filled with music, food, and night time entertainment.
