PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Deadline to register: Friday, March 18th by 5:00PM
Guidelines:
1. Must be a Citrus County resident.
2. Speech can be on any topic - No visual Aids.
3. All speeches must be between 3 and 5 minutes (penalty for over or under.)
4. Only contestant and one (1) parent will be admitted free into the Fair.
5. Three winners in each division: 1st $125.00, 2nd $50.00 & 3rd $25.00.
All others will receive a participation ribbon.
6. Judges decisions are final.
7. Contest will be in the Citrus County Auditorium. (All contestants must enter at the Auditorium Gate 15 minutes before contest to check in.)
