Description
How do I love Thee, a sweet and vibrant work with choreography by our resident choreographer Judy Skinner and colleague Ani Collier, is inspired by the beautiful ‘Sonnets from the Portuguese’ by Elizabeth Barrett Browning.
Event Details
Moonlight Sway is a creation by newly appointed resident choreographer Brian Carey Chung: “I use the two most influential pieces of music on the subject of the moon, ‘Clair de Lune’ and ‘Moonlight Sonata’. It is about the pull of the moon, and therefore, a love story, in the form of a double duet.” Our finale, Someone to Love, a new ballet by Artistic Director Kim Tuttle, says it all. Love and friendship, romance and passion – from Cinderella to rock and roll, the Dance Alive dancers embrace the world with their gifts of expression and talent. Family friendly
