BUYER BEWARE!! John Aponte listed a house for sale for a client who is undoubtedly a shyster! They attempted to sell an unsellable property and ended up swindling a single mom trying to buy her first home out of a couple thousands dollars! Do your due diligence before using this realtor or People’s Trust Realty Inc, 13783 Linden Dr. Spring Hill FL 34609. Shame on them for not vetting their clients properly. Apparently they do not care for people and all they care about is making a quick buck!!
